Roganic HK Marks 5th Year With a Special Collaboration With Quintonil
You’re in for a exciting culinary adventure as Roganic Hong Kong turns five this 2024! In celebration of the special milestone, the restaurant will be hosting a series of events throughout the year, kicking off with a special collaboration this February.
The Michelin-starred establishment by Simon Rogan partners with the Mexican Chef Jorge Vallejo of Quintonil for a six-course lunch and eight-course dinner menu. Slated to take place on Feb. 23 and 24, this event marks the first of the five celebratory happenings the restaurant has planned.
Priced at HK$1,980 per person (with 10% svc.), the lunch menu offers the guests an unforgettable dining experience. You can indulge in exquisite dishes like Truffle pudding caramelised in Birch sap, Stout vinegar, winter truffle by Roganic and Black mole, aged Rib Eye, aubergine by Quintonil.
Meanwhile, for HK$2,980 per person (with 10% svc.), you can have a taste of Pani puri, aged kampachi, mushrooms by Quintonil, Seabass with clam and fennel pollen mousse, local carrot, bone sauce, lovage oil by Roganic, and more as part of the collaboration’s dinner menu.
