Singapore's Tiong Bahru Bakery, Common Man Coffee to Arrive in PH
The Philippines will have two new food havens on its roster, as Jollibee Foods Corporation (JFC) teams up with Food Collective, Pte. Ltd. to bring Singapore’s Common Man Coffee Roasters and Tiong Bahru Bakery to the country.
According to a disclosure shared by JFC with the Philippine Stock Exchange, the partnership will see the establishment of a joint venture company that will run the two brands in the Philippines.
“These brands will be a strong addition to JFC’s foreign franchised brands and will allow JFC to capture an even greater opportunity and strengthen JFC’s position for further growth in the Philippine market,” the disclosure read.
With the upcoming launches, Filipinos will have a taste of Tiong Bahru’s scrumptious breads, cakes, and lattes. This will include the bakery’s best-selling Sichuan Roast Beef Croissant and Kouign Amann.
Meanwhile, Common Man will offer its freshly roasted coffee, wines, juices, pastries, pizzas, and more. The establishment is known for serving a Café Menu consisting of brunch dishes during the day and a Night Shift Menu, which features exquisite wines and elegant dishes, during the night.
The launch dates and locations of the two food spots have yet to be announced so keep your eyes peeled for updates.
