Makeup, Skincare, Fragrances: Filipino Beauty Collabs to Try 2024

Beauty brands across the Philippines are all coming to the same conclusion: that the expertise brought on by collaboration with others will not only excite their audience but will tickle their imaginations too.
As such, these well-established beauty brands have all teamed up with well-known figures to create magical products that have been a hit among their audience. Try it out for yourself to see what the hype is all about – and why it’s been well worth it so far.
Bela by Bela x Dani Barretto

Nascent lifestyle brand, Bela by Bela, isn’t one to sit on its laurels. Just one month after the launch of their Dot Perfection blushes and color-adaptive lip balms, the brand has announced their second collection – which is also their first collaboration.
Made with entrepreneur Dani Barretto, who also happens to be a close friend of Bela Padilla’s, the new products comprise of five eau de parfum scents made for both men and women. “We have three feminine scents, one masculine scent, and one gender-neutral scent,” Bela explained.
“It’s a big deal for me that Dani allowed us to put her name on something,” the actress-cum-entrepreneur added. “Even for her own brands, 'Wellness Whispers' and 'Bare and Bold,' Dani chose not to put her name on it. So the fact that she did with this, means, I think, that she really believes in it.”
The scents come in five variations: “Campfire,” their gender-neutral scent carries notes of lavender, wood sage, and sea salt. For the men, Bela’s “Collector” perfume hints at citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon, marrying it with warm cedar, earthy patchouli, and rich amber.
Floral scents for women are furthered by the brand’s “Spring’s Touch,” which contains bursts of peony, mandarin orange, rose, and spicy pink pepper to create a sweet, spicy fragrance. “Summer’s Kiss,” which is one of Bela’s personal favorites, boasts fig, bergamot, jasmine, and honeysuckle, while the comforting aroma of “Nostalgia” blends lemon, orange, lavender, bergamot, and musk to create an eau de parfum that is joyful and optimistic.
