There's something about the appearance of food that makes it even more enticing. And if we're talking about picture-perfect presentation, Pop Icon's Flower of Dawn ice cream deserves recognition.

Taking inspiration from the distinct floral tiles of the Wat Arun Temple, this 3D ice cream comes in two cool colors with a design that highlights blooming flowers. The ice cream is too pretty to eat, but it's a welcome respite to beat the heat.

In addition to showcasing the temple's design, the ice cream's flavors also celebrate Thailand's culture and heritage. The blue flavor is butterfly pea with coconut, while the orange one is Thai milk tea. Both flavors are popular among locals and travelers alike, with everyone raving about the design and flavor.

In an interview, Pop Icon owner Sirinya Hanpachearnchoak revealed that the goal behind the ice cream is for people to look more closely at the details of the temple. Hanpachearnchoak and her team worked hard and researched the temple's tile design for over two years to come up with the mold for the ice cream.

The Flower of Dawn ice cream not only promotes Wat Arun but proceeds from the sales also go towards the temple's education and medical expenses. Each ice cream is priced at THB89 and sells out fast, so visitors are encouraged to visit Wat Arun early to buy an ice cream or two.
