Welcoming the arrival of spring, the Indian festival is also known as the festival of colours which is rooted in Hindu mythology. Today, Leela extends the celebration by bringing colourful Indian cuisine to the table for a special night.
Priced at HK$1,188 per person, guests can indulge in a specially curated menu that tantalizes the taste buds from start to finish.
The culinary journey begins with a refreshing Thandai drink, followed by a rich array of Indian flavours. Dishes include the flavourful Edaamame Karanji with cumin, roasted garlic, and tomato chutney, as well as the savoury Sabudana Pachile Wada seafood dish. Guests can then savor the delectable Beef Fry with Parotta, accompanied by the Indian street snack Chaat.
The culinary adventure continues with the exquisite Tuna Belly Sarson Tikka, featuring the restaurant's homemade garam masala. The pinnacle of the experience arrives with the aromatic Chettinadu Chicken Idiyappam Biryani, leading to a sweet conclusion with the Blood Orange Narangi Tart, offering a harmonious balance of flavours.
