Shop All the Way! What to Expect at the World Bazaar Festival 2024

Admit it, last-minute Christmas shopping is daunting! From deciding what to get your loved ones to beating the traffic everywhere and waiting in long lines in congested malls, it’s quite challenging to squeeze in some peaceful shopping for the holiday season.
Fret not, though, because from today until Dec. 22, Worldbex Services International’s World Bazaar Festival (WBF) is being held at the World Trade Center with a variety of stalls and exhibitors to make your last-minute Christmas shopping much easier!
Themed “Shop All the Way,” this year’s World Bazaar Festival honors the Filipino tradition of Christmas shopping and love for discounts and deals. If you still haven’t gone to the bazaar, The Beat Manila dropped by on its opening day to check out what’s in store for you at WBF 2024!
Light Up the Holidays: Festive Decors
Right from the World Trade Center’s entrance doors, guests will be enchanted by the festival’s grand decor that fills the venue.

By the hallway, the big, round, and red Woobie, the bazaar’s mascot, prances around to greet visitors, giving a much-needed cheer. Kids and kids-at-heart can also take a snap at the Woobie’s Train displayed outside the exhibition hall.
Inside, Christmas comes alive with bright and colorful decorations, including giant Christmas trees at the Lobby and Center stages, adorned with colorful ornaments and a bright star atop. There are also Christmas lights placed across the venue to brighten up the space, as well as Candyland-inspired decos, and much more.
Shopping, Of Course!
The highlight of the bazaar is, of course, shopping. Inside, visitors can check out hundreds of stalls and booths from local and international brands, from beauty and fashion to home decor and food, offering cheap yet quality products — perfect for the gift-giving season!

Some of the shops in the beauty section include K-beauty brands like Chu Chu Beauty, selling makeup and cosmetics, and CosRX with skincare products like pimple patches and toners. There’s also Dermclinic, offering beauty services, as well as Brew Perfumes PH, selling long-lasting yet affordable scents.
For those looking to level up their holiday OOTDs, the bazaar also has a bunch of fashion brands offering clothing and accessories. Some of our best picks are Linya-Linya and ANIYA with their statement-making shirts (they sell amusing stationery too), Rare Manila with their personalized accessories, and Mikana with their elegant jewelry.

Anik-anik girlies are in for a treat here, too, with several shops selling phone charms, keychains, mini plushies, sticker sets, button pins, and many more. This includes Hello Tuti, where you can also make DIY charms; THE K.ART MNL with their K-pop-inspired merchandise; and Lachi Handicrafts, featuring handcrafted flower-themed accessories all the way from Laguna.
Aside from these items, the bazaar also features a variety of household items, from bedsheets and pillowcases to home decorations, as well as treats and supplies for furry friends! There is also the Celebrity Pavilion, featuring pre-loved items from Filipino celebrities, and the International Pavilion, featuring imported products from international brands and sellers.

For the Foodies
If you ever get tired of roaming around the bazaar, WBF also has something to satisfy your hunger! Here, there’s a food court where you can take a rest and sit down and order meals from beloved chains like Chowking and McDonald’s, as well as beverages, classic Filipino food, and snacks from small to medium businesses and eateries.
Looking for pasalubong? WBF also has it! You can take home various delicacies from snack stalls like Soju Queen, as well as Pinoy-favorite brands like Eng Bee Tin, Delimondo, Ludy’s, Super Q, and hidden gems like Chino’s Deli, Ciento Cookies, and KangKong King.

Fun Activities for the Whole Family
You’ll never get bored at the WBF 2024, because there are also a lot of entertaining activities at the bazaar! In the lobby, you can find a Woobrick painting area, where visitors can decorate and paint their own Woobie toy.
A Christmas celebration is not complete without music! At WBF, a lineup of amazing musicians is also serenading the bazaar with joyful tunes, including P-pop boy groups GenZix, AEBLAST, and 6ENSE, as well as talented buskers from The Busking Community PH.
Other activities to look forward to include meet-and-greet sessions with Woobie, fashion shows, live music performances, and cooking demos!

World Bazaar 2024 runs until Dec. 22, 2024, at the World Trade Center in Pasay City, from 10 AM to 10 PM. For tickets and more information, visit their website or follow them on Facebook and Instagram.
