Hong Kong’s hospitality team Black Sheep Restaurants is bidding adieu to the hot days with the fourth iteration of Summer Festival, a five-day spectacle of food, drinks, and socialising.

The fest will kick off on Sept. 6, with Belon’s chef, Jacob Zuidervliet, hosting guests under 30 for a French fine-dining affair. Priced at HK$988, the five-course spread is the perfect introductory class to fine dining for those with a budding passion for culinary arts.

The next day on Sept. 7, izakaya sounds will take centre stage at Fukuro (HK$388), importing the neo-lit, after-work energy of Japan’s Shibuya to the streets of SoHo. Double events will take place over day three, combining drinks and dance for a night of revelry.

On Sept. 8, The Grand Majestic Sichuan Garden in Alexandra House will offer Champagne punch for you to enjoy afternoon chitchats with friends, along with Sichuan-inspired cocktails (HK$688) for something wilder and more intimate. Dance, live music, and an Anglo-Indian spread (HK$888) will punctuate an evening affair at Rajasthan Rifles as you bask in the glory of Hong Kong’s skyline atop The Peak.

On Sept. 9, enjoy a Polo brunch with Argentine classics, along with a selection of timeless tipples to quench your thirst (HK$988), comb through the streets of SoHo for a cocktail crawl (HK$488), and end the night in a French cabaret where your Parisian dreams come alive (HK$688).

Enjoy a Grecian summer's day on Sept. 10 (HK$688) and feast of mouth-watering culinary delights and endless pours of ouzo and select wines.

To cap off the festival, a rowdy afternoon will take place on Peel Street, where festivalgoers will be treated to a final bash complete with unlimited popcorn, chicken, beer, and live karaoke!
