Coolhaus Ice Cream Now Available at 7-Eleven and Wellcome in Hong Kong
Innovative ice-cream sandwich brand Coolhaus is expanding its reach to Hong Kong, launching select flavours in local retail stores around the city.
Classic favourites including Hochicha, Cookies & Crème, and Molten Chocolate will be available in 7-Eleven stores across the city, while more adventurous options such as Taro ‘N Boba, Hojicha ‘N Boba, and Peanut Butter ‘N Fudge will be available for purchase in Wellcome stores.
"From how we interact to how it’s made, why it’s created, and how it gets into our homes, the world of food is shifting and we’re here to lead the charge," said Natasha Case, Co-founder of Coolhaus. "We wouldn’t be more excited to be expanding to Hong Kong, with planet friendly pints and mini-cups crafted using Perfect Day animal-free dairy."
Since the brand’s launch coinciding with 2009 Coachella Music Festival, the California ice-cream brand has gained a celebrity-favourite reputation and cult-like following for its’ unique and delicious flavour combinations, all the while being free from animal products.
Each ice cream is made with high-quality, natural ingredients with Coolhaus’s use of Perfect Day’s animal free-dairy whey protein. Using microflora and fermentation, Coolhaus is able to hone and refine an ice cream formula that is both creamy and indulgent, yet lactose-free, leaving a much smaller environmental footprint than traditional dairy.
