Olé Spanish Restaurant Celebrates 26th Anniversary with New Brunch Menu

Seeking authentic Spanish cuisine over the weekend? Look no further, as Olé Spanish Restaurant is celebrating their 26th opening anniversary with their new “9-Course Special Weekend Brunch” menu available today until Oct. 27, 2024.
Priced at only $498HKD per person, the menu includes six starters, a main course, traditional Spanish Paella, and dessert. Olé is also offering customers unlimited servings of their renowned Spanish Paella to complement their diverse options for mains as their 9-course highlight.

Olé, founded in 1988 by Carmelo Lopez, a native of Spain, has successfully indulged visitors with and delightful replications of Spanish dishes for the past 26 years. The Spaniard arrived in Asia in the '70s and has been delivering a taste of Spanish magic to locals since.
Olé strives to deliver flavorful and authentic delicacies, hoping to share their culinary passion through their famous dishes.

For their Special Weekend Brunch Deal, Olé has prepared an entire palette of nourishments.
For starters, Olé provides six options including their Spanish Iberico ham with tomato bread, and “Sepia a la plancha” pan grilled cuttlefish with Alioli Sauce.
For the main course, choose from six options including the Roasted Iberico Lamb shoulder with Sautéed Mushrooms, and their “Segovia Style” Signature roasted Suckling Pig, in addition to the unlimited servings of Spanish Paella.
For dessert, there is an array of delectables available such as Olé’s famous Flan classic caramel pudding.

During the weekend sessions, two guitarists will sing traditional Spanish songs while you dine, bringing the essence of Spanish hospitality to the establishment.
