Glide With Your Tribe With These Skate Communities in Manila

Trends come and go. Some of them don’t see the light of day again, while others resurface after a few decades or so. One such trend from the ‘70s and ‘80s that’s gaining popularity these days is roller discos.

Earlier this 2022, Fisher Mall announced the opening of their roller disco’s second branch in Malabon after the success of their first branch in Quezon Avenue, which opened in December 2021. This goes to show that more people are gaining interest in inline and roller skating!

If you’ve had a taste of what it’s like to skate there, you’re probably thinking that now is a good time to buy your own gears, skate outside, and find a community to learn more about this activity. Below, we’ve listed where you can buy new skates and find buddies to skate with.
