Just envision the hawker centers teeming with people, the delicacies you can find along the busy streets, and the diverse dishes available at every turn – from Chinese and Peranakan to Indian and more. Among the number of restaurants vying for attention in the island city-state, Italian restaurants stand out by serving authentic and flavourful dishes that go beyond merely satisfying a craving for a slice of pizza.

These restaurants offer comfort and warmth on a plate, and with each visit, they guarantee to transport you to Italy with every bite. Ready to treat yourself to an authentic Italian dining experience?

Below, we've curated a list of must-visit Italian restaurants in Singapore, where you can savor the simplicity and versatility of Italian cooking.

The restaurant features bold interiors and soft lighting that adds to the homey vibe of the space. Whether you’re hosting a family gathering or having lunch with your colleagues, Pasta Brava is the place to be.

Start off your meal with an appetizer like the Oven Baked Eggplant Parmagiana or keep things light with Roma Tomato, Rucuola Green Salad. If you love pasta, you can never go wrong with the Duck Ragu Mushroom Pappardelle or the Pasta Brava Famous Squid Ink Seafood Spaghetti. Those who want to skip the pasta can also choose among the variety of meat and seafood main courses.

Pasta lovers will love the simplicity of Gigi’s Aglio Oglio E Peperoncino (Linguine with garlic, chili, olive oil, and parsley) but those who want something more flavourful can try the Fettucine Funghi Di Bosco Tartufati E Pollo (Fettucine with truffle cream, forest mushrooms, and butter chicken). Pasta connoisseurs can keep it classic with Smoked Cacio e Pepe (Charred rigatoni, butter, sarawak black pepper, lemon, DOP pecorino, 24 months parmigiano) or go all out with Bucatini con Gambieri (Roasted piquillo pepper, Argentinean red prawns, lobster bisque). According to Bar Cicheti, their wine list is a “heartfelt love letter to the vineyards of Italy and beyond.” You can choose to pair your pasta or chosen dish with a glass of wine or get a bottle for sharing.

For the main course, you cannot miss the Filleto di Angus con Patate Arrosto (Angus beef tenderloin with roasted potatoes). As an extra treat to yourself, you can also pore over the extensive selection of wines and pick the best one that complements your meal.

Singapore has just welcomed a new rising star in their culinary landscape.

In late June 2025, the JUMBO Group debuted Xing Yue Xuan 星粤轩 at WEAVE, Resorts World Sentosa. This marks the group’s first venture into premium Cantonese cuisine, introducing an elevated dining experience honoring Cantonese culinary artistry while embracing contemporary innovation.

Timeless Cantonese Flavors

The restaurant offers both curated executive set lunches and an à la carte menu, showcasing the depth and sophistication of Cantonese cuisine

The experience begins with an amuse-bouche, setting the stage for the culinary journey ahead. On a rotation basis, these delicacies might feature succulent scallop and prawn salad nestled within a house-made kueh pie tee shell, or a jewel-like pickled cherry tomato bursting with vibrant flavors. Each one is paired with a ceremonial teacup of Honeycomb Ruby Tea — a bespoke blend of sweet jujube and Formosa oolong, crafted exclusively for the restaurant.

Starters

A captivating selection of appetizers awaits to sharpen the guests’ palates. These include:

Fi Woodfire Thai Reopens at Shaw Centre

After a short hiatus, Fi Woodfire Thai (ไฟ) is back, having relocated to a new home in Shaw Centre from its previous location on Robertson Walk.

Reopening July 8, 2025 at Shaw Centre, Singapore’s first fire-powered Thai kitchen returns with familiar crowd-pleasers and a sizzling new line-up that fans will love.

Helmed by Chef Arom Eploi, Fi stays true to its roots with a kitchen centered around a Greek charcoal oven and the sweet, smoky burn of lychee wood.

Their Signature Moo Ping Pork Rib (S$48, 500g bone-in) is Chef Arom's personal favorite on the menu. 500g of bone-in pork is slow-grilled until juicy, flame-glazed for char, and served with sticky rice cake glazed in coconut sugar and a feisty nam jim jaew

Other highlights include French Poulet (S$32), the Roasted Duck Green Curry (S$24) layered with turkey berry and eggplant, and the Basil Minced Pork on Charred Eggplant (S$18), a rustic favorite elevated by wok and flame.

There is a variety of delectable starters, like the Grilled Green Mango Salad (S$12) and Watermelon with Fish Floss (S$14), which features housemade tom yum–seasoned fish floss.

Don’t miss the Son-in-Law Eggs (S$10) — crisp-edged, oozy-centred, and topped with a sweet-tart strawberry tamarind glaze.

Seafood fans can dive into Fragrant Garlic Prawns (S$24), Chargrilled Octopus (S$24), or the Banana Leaf Seafood Otah (S$18). And the Insta-famous Pineapple Rice Stack (S$24) is a two-tiered 'volcano' of fried rice, seafood, tobiko, ikura, and crispy laksa leaf.

For carbs with a kick, go for the Drunken Noodles (S$14) — a wok-fried whirlwind of shrimp, squid, mushrooms, and chilli padi under a perfect sunny egg.

The desserts are as delicious as they are IG-worthy, like the brightly colored Fresh Mango with Butterfly Pea Mango Sticky Rice (S$12) or the more delicate Red Ruby (S$12) packed with handmade ‘rubies,’ strawberries, jackfruit, chia seeds, and coconut gelato.

Sip on cheeky drinks with a Thai twist, like the Iced Matcha Thai Tea (S$8) or Tom Yum Mule (S$12 Happy Hour, U.P. S$20)

Other cocktails to match are their Sabai (Mekong rum, lemon, basil leaf) and Sawasdee Sling (vodka, cherry brandy, angostura bitters, pineapple juice, lychee syrup, soda).

Lunch sets from S$12 cater to the CBD crowd — don’t miss the highlights: Smoked Coconut Chicken Rice Bowl (S$12), Laksa Siam (S$16), or Green Curry Braised Rice (S$16).

Kaya Bun

As Singapore celebrates its 60th year of independence, Din Tai Fung is joining the party with two special menu offers to pay tribute to the nation’s rich culinary heritage.

From July 1 to Aug. 31, the crowd-favorite Steamed Chilli Crab & Pork Xiao Long Bao (S$11.50 per basket of 4 pcs) returns with its signature 18 folds! These scrumptious buns are 40% larger than the classic Xiao Long Bao and stuffed with a generous amount of succulent pork, pristine crab meat, and a fiery chilli crab broth, which is a nod to Singapore’s iconic dish.

Diners can enjoy these scrumptious morsels for an exclusive 10% discount when they pay with a Citi Credit or Debit Card. Additionally, you can also order them via Din Tai Fung’s delivery partners such as Grab, Deliveroo, and Food Panda.

Perfect for dessert or a much-deserved treat, each bun is filled with silky Nonya kaya and topped with toasted coconut flakes that provide that satisfying crunch.

This new treat will be available at all Din Tai Fung restaurants across the island for a limited time only, while the restaurant in Resorts World Sentosa will launch it as a permanent addition to their menu
