Eggslut, Moët & Chandon Unveil HK-Exclusive Items, Available Until Mid-Feb.

Breakfast chain Eggslut has collaborated with champagne producer Moët & Chandon to roll out three, Hong Kong-exclusive items in time for its special festive menu.

Available now until mid-February 2024, the Demi-glace Mushroom Burger (HK$95), Caviar Eggy Bites (HK$98), and Mimosa Sunrise (HK$96) will dazzle your taste buds with a surprise pairing of eggs and cocktails.

The Demi-glace Mushroom Burger features a premium beef patty crowned with a delectable demi-glace sauce infused with mushrooms, while the Caviar Eggy Bites boast Siberian Baerii caviar sitting on top of egg white scramble for that airy and lighter texture, as well as golden hash brown.

Completing the lineup is the Mimosa Sunrise cocktail, a twist on the classic Mimosa that combines Moët & Chandon with Eggslut's signature orange juice, accentuated by a dash of grenadine to create a visually stunning sunrise-like appearance.

Eggslut has also introduced the Moët & Chandon Tasting Set (HK$205), offering a miniature bottle of Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut Champagne alongside two pieces of Caviar Eggy Bites. This pairing promises to deliver an indulgent and blissful moment for patrons looking to unwind and treat themselves after a long day.
