Feather & Bone is teaming up with the Canada Beef International Institute to celebrate Canada Day by offering a selection of premium Canadian beef cuts and culinary specialties starting July 1.

Steak lovers are invited to experience traditional Canadian flavors at Feather & Bone locations throughout the city. Customers can enjoy a monthly special dish featuring authentic Canadian ingredients and select premium cuts from the butcher's counter. The celebration will include pop-up tasting stations at retail shops and a social media giveaway with a chance to win a round-trip ticket to Canada.

The Canada Beef International Institute represents over 68,500 cattle ranchers and farmers across Canada. Known for its grain-fed beef, the institute ensures high-quality, marbled beef cuts that meet Canada's rigorous food safety and quality standards. Feather & Bone will feature a range of certified cuts, including Canada Prime Striploin, Rib-eye, and AAA grade steaks, available throughout July.

Feather & Bone's monthly special, "Coopers Ale & Marmite Braised Canadian Short Ribs," will be available for HK$188. The dish, served with mashed potatoes, broccolini, and onion gravy, aims to provide an authentic Canadian dining experience.

The social media giveaway offers a round-trip economy ticket to Canada, valued at up to HK$10,000. Details will be announced on Feather & Bone’s official Instagram page.
