Island Shangri-La Welcomes Easter with a Special Menu at Restaurant Petrus

Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong is welcoming the Easter season with a refined culinary highlight led by Executive Chef Uwe Opocensky at its MICHELIN-starred restaurant, Restaurant Petrus.
Available from Apr. 3 to 5, 2026, the new Easter set lunch and dinner menu will showcase premium ingredients and balanced, expressive flavors that place fine French gastronomy at the heart of the hotel’s festive celebrations.
The multi-course journey opens with Initial Egg, a delicate composition of aged potato, tender leek, and aromatic black truffle that establishes the menu’s refined tone. The main course centers on Chef Uwe’s Roast French Baby Lamb Rack, paired with a silky purée of baby artichoke and a bright, tangy-sweet accent of dried apricots.
To end the meal on a good note, dessert arrives in playful form with Chef Uwe’s Easter Egg, combining chocolate, hazelnut, and caramel in a whimsical yet elegant finale.

The Easter Set Lunch is priced at HK$1,388 per person for five courses, with optional beverage pairings including a Sommelier’s Selection Wine Pairing at HK$600 for two glasses or a Sommelier’s Selection of Non-Alcoholic Pairing at HK$380 for two glasses.
For dinner, the Easter Set Dinner is available at HK$1,988 per person for five courses or HK$2,688 per person for eight courses, complemented by an extended range of pairings such as the Sommelier’s Selection Wine Pairing at HK$1,880 (Discovery Pairing) and HK$3,000 (Connoisseur Wine Pairing) for five glasses and the Sommelier’s Selection of Non-Alcoholic Pairing at HK$880 for four glasses.
