Le Petit Saigon Unveils New Menu by Chef Thai Dang

Le Petit Saigon, neighborhood favorite bánh mì spot in Star Street, has launched an exciting new menu, available daily from 11 AM to 9 PM. Curated by award-winning Chef Thai Dang, the menu celebrates the rich culinary diversity of Vietnam, featuring a fusion of northern spices and bold southern flavors.
Menu highlights include the Bánh Mì Gà Nướng (HK$88), a five-spice and lemongrass-marinated chicken sandwich, the Bánh Mì Xíu Mại Gà (HK$88) with handmade chicken and jicama meatballs, and the Bánh Mì Heo Nướng (HK$88), showcasing grilled pork collar. Each sandwich is served on a soft, freshly baked baguette, topped with pickles, cucumber, lettuce, Vietnamese herbs, mayo, chili soy vinaigrette, and a layer of chicken liver pâté.

Complement your meal with sides like the Bún Thịt Nướng (HK$88), featuring grilled pork collar over rice vermicelli and bean sprouts, or the Le Petit Salad (HK$88), a mix of shaved papaya, carrot, and lettuce tossed in a chili soy vinaigrette. The popular Chả Giò (HK$88) crispy spring rolls with pork and prawn also make a return.
For drinks, try the Vietnamese Drip Coffee (HK$58), Iced Lotus Lemon Tea (HK$48), or the refreshing Iced Longan Tea (HK$48).
