PLAYT Curates Feast Using King of Fruits with Durian Buffet this Summer
By popular demand, Pullman Hotel’s PLAYT premium durian buffet is back for the summer, showcasing an array of delightful desserts crafted using the King of Fruit.
The buffet presents a feast of dishes made from the finest durian varieties, including the acclaimed D197 Musang King, D101 Sultan King, and D24 Durian. Patrons can also choose from a selection of fresh durian, delight in the bittersweet and custardy texture of the Premium Grade Musang King in its purest form, or indulge your sweet cravings with the vibrant, honeyed flavour of Sultan King durian.
The buffet's highlights include Musang King Durian Golden Pudding, Durian Rolls, Durian Napoleon, Mini Durian Portuguese Tart, and Durian Gelato.
But the indulgence doesn't stop there. PLAYT's buffet also caters to seafood enthusiasts with a rotating selection of fresh oceanic delights like ready-to-eat Oysters, Lobster, Mussels, Prawns, Clams, and Whelks. For mains, choose from succulent Roasted U.S. Prime Beef, an array of Fresh Sushi and Sashimi, delicate Chinese Dim Sum and Siu Mei, Curries, and various international dishes that promise to tantalize the taste buds.
