Feast on four meticulously designed cocktails, each mirroring the character of the era. The Golden Age Spritz offers a refreshing blend of vodka, apples, honey, and mint. Whilst the summery Bonnie & Clyde artfully combines vodka, watermelon, pineapple, and lime. The Cat’s Pajamas is a tropical delight of tequila, Cointreau, guava, and lime; while The Wiseguy gives a nod to a classic taste with bourbon, fruit, vermouth, and bitters.

These sips of summer are beautifully accompanied by a selection of unique dishes. Indulge in the house-smoked salmon on crostini, or savour filet mignon finger sandwiches complemented by a tangy horseradish cream. Delight your senses with the traditional Oysters Rockefeller, New Orleans style, or relish the tender Wagyu beef in Morton's signature sweet and sour meatballs. The menu is topped off with bacon-devilled eggs, and luxurious caviar potatoes dressed in crème fraiche and a zing from lemon zest.
