2023 Edition Of The HK SDG Summit Returns on Mar 25 Header

Hong Kong’s largest youth-led sustainability event, the HK SDG Summit, returns on Mar. 25 at the Canadian International School of Hong Kong.

Unlike prior years, the 2023 edition of the HK SDG Summit will take place in-person, with keynote speakers and NGO panel discussions being the highlight of the fair.

Starting from 8:30AM, the Summit agenda includes a Registration and Meet & Greet, Opening Ceremony, and Keynote Speech from Olivia Cotes-James, founder of natural period care brand, LUÜNA Naturals.

NGO Panel Discussions will be moderated by Chris Brown, Founder of ReThink HK & ReThink Foundation – with panel speakers Catherine Dannaoui (Hands on HK), Matt Friedman (Mekong Club), Peggy Chan (Grassroots Initiative), Shalini Mahtani (Zubin Foundation) and Dana Winograd (Plastic Free Seas) taking the stage.

Interactive ‘Action for Impact Workshops’ will include various engaging simulations catered to various SDGs, with help from Grassroots Initiative, Africa Center, LUÜNA Naturals, and Plastic Free Seas.

Other events and offerings include the ‘Impact Fair’, which will point volunteers to engage with various NGOs and clubs. The ‘Youth Panel’ will be led and moderated by ReBooked founder Bailey Cherry, hosting other youth change-makers to tell inspiring stories about the impacts of the younger generation.
