Japanese Wagyu Ramen Joint Mashi no Mashi Is Coming to Singapore This March
Foodies, here’s a new spot to keep an eye out for! Get ready to bite into juicy meat while slurping flavourful broth as Mashi no Mashi’s first-ever outpost in Singapore is set to open this March.
Mashi no Mashi, which means “to eat more and more,” is a Wagyu ramen joint by one of Japan’s leading providers of the finest cuts of Kobe beef, WAGYUMAFIA. The outlet is set to open in Guoco Midtown at Bugis with over a 65-seating capacity, making the local dining scene in the area more exciting.
Although the menu has not been announced yet, customers can expect to find mouthwatering ramen options in the joint.
Some of their signature offerings include Wagyu tsukemen and pan-fried gyoza. Their tsukemen’s broth is made from 24-hour stewed Kobe ribs and thigh bones, while their gyozas are stuffed with four different cuts of Ozaki beef and minced vegetables.
Self-taught, chef-turned-Wagyu expert Hisato Hamada started WAGYUMAFIA in 2016 along with his entrepreneur partner Takafumi Horie. He later expanded his business to Hong Kong in 2018, which became the joint’s first overseas outlet. Inspired by chef Hisato’s childhood family food trips, Mashi no Mashi is the ultimate symbol of comfort food.
Prepare to slurp like a boss this March! Follow WAGYUMAFIA and Mashi no Mashi’s Instagram accounts for updates.
