La Levain Introduces New ‘Smashed’ Croissants in Three Flavours
Hey, foodies. Prepare your taste buds for a wild ride as the TikTok viral flat croissants are taking over Singapore by storm! Local artisan bakery La Levain, which is known for their unique takes on croissants and other baked goodies, has just introduced a new version of the beloved French pastry called the Smashed Croissant.
In the past few months, the bakery has captured the attention of many locals for their croissant onigiris and croissants with yakitori, otherwise known as the “croyaki.” Now, they’re making waves on the web once again with their smashed menu. The bakery’s new offering is available for S$7.20 each and comes in three different flavours: Nutella, Speculoos, and Raspberry.
If you’re a fan of chocolatey and nutty flavours, you’re bound to love the Nutella Smash! With a thick coating of the popular spread, this variant comes with chocolate shavings and crunchy dark chocolate pearls on top. Meanwhile, the Speculoos Smash is your perfect match for caramel lovers. Covered in creamy Lotus Biscoff spread, crushed Speculoos crumbs, and Fleur de Sel, this flavour is sure to satisfy your cravings.
If you prefer a burst of berry freshness in every bite, you might want to try the Raspberry Smash. This treat is dipped in a luscious strawberry chocolate ganache and sprinkled with raspberry-inspired chocolate shavings and crunchy white chocolate pearls.
Don’t miss out on these yummy treats. Head to their store today and see for yourself! For more details, follow La Levain on Facebook or Instagram.
