PSA: You Can Now Savour Wildfire Burgers’ Juicy and Smoky Patties Again!

If you miss chomping on Wildfire Burgers’ juicy patties, this news is for you! In an Instagram post, the burger joint shared that they reopened their flagship store last Feb. 1 with an updated look and extensive menu options.

Now located in the courtyard of Robertson Walk, the gourmet burger joint is back to still serve the same goodness, along with new flavours that will keep you coming back for more.

What makes their burgers special, you ask? Wildfire Burgers is no ordinary joint because they use multi-award-winning Stone Axe Wagyu patties in all their beef burgers, including their signature Truffled Mushroom and Triple Bacon burgers!

Of course, not all their offerings are beef. They also serve other burgers like Ottoman Lamb (white Pyrenees grain-fed lamb), Portobello & Friends (oven-smoked portobello mushrooms), Black Halibut (beer-battered Norwegian black halibut), and their brand-new Hot Honey Butter Chicken (golden fried chicken thigh).

Wildfire Burgers’ patties are grilled in a double-ventilated charcoal grill with Japanese Binchotan and hickory wood to produce smoky charred flavours that are sure to tickle your taste buds. Moreover, the brioche buns used in their burgers are handcrafted by artisanal bakery Brera.

Onto the next options, they also offer steak frites and salads! For the steaks, you can choose between their Portoro (S$38) and Wagyu (S$60), which come with bordelaise sauce, French fries, and green salad. For healthier options, they have Chopped Ceasar Salad, Wedge Salad, and Coleslaw.
