What a Joy! Jollibee Launches First Drive-Thru Store in Singapore

Jollibee fans in Singapore, we have good news for you! The popular fast-food chain has recently launched its first drive-thru store at Jurong Spring, allowing customers to purchase its menu items easily.

This marks Jollibee’s 20th store in the Lion City. It is also the chain’s first artificial intelligence-powered drive-thru outlet in the Middle East, Europe, and Asia, after its home country, the Philippines.

The launch likewise follows the recent opening of the brand’s store at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Malaysia.

“This milestone coincides with our 10th anniversary in Singapore, during which time we have expanded from a single outlet in Lucky Plaza to 20 stores across the country, growing our consumer base from serving primarily Filipinos to now serving the mainstream Singaporean market, who compose a predominant majority of our customers today,” said Dennis Flores, Jollibee Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Australia’s (EMEAA) president, in a press statement.

Flores also shared that Jollibee will be further expanding in the country and the greater EMEAA region in the following years.
