World’s Famous Butcher Is Slicing up at Maxwell Food Centre in March

A sliced-to-perfection pop-up is happening at the Bold and Braised store at the Maxwell Food Centre on March 6-7 as the renowned world’s greatest butcher, Chef Dario Cecchini, and Bottega di Carna head chef Kenny Huang, grace the hawker stall to showcase their culinary skills.
Bringing the crowd favourite paninis to Bold and Braised’s stall all the way from the Cecchini Panini Truck back to the butcher’s home in Panzano, Tuscany, locals are in for a special lunch treat made by Cecchini and Kenny Huang.
Starting from 11:30 AM-2:00 PM, make sure to line up early to get a bite of Tuscany right in the middle of the Lion City.
Additionally, a special panini in collaboration with Bold and Braised will also be available at the lunch pop-up.
