Holt's Café at Rosewood HK Unveils New Luxury Cha Chaan Teng Sunday Brunch

Holt’s Café, nestled inside Rosewood Hong Kong, introduces a Sunday brunch menu that pays homage to Hong Kong's iconic cha chaan teng culture, the humble eateries blending Chinese and Western cuisines, a cornerstone of the city's culinary heritage.

The journey at Holt’s Café's Sunday brunch begins with a spread of small plates served to the table, featuring delights like Hong Kong-Style Prawn Cocktail, Stir-Fried XO Turnip Cake, and Soya Chicken with ginger and scallion dip.

For the main course, guests can select classic Hong Kong-style signature dishes, including Baked Tomato Iberico Pork Chop, Premium Barbecue Pork Rice, and Wok-Fried Flat Noodle, among others.

The sweet finale offers traditional Hong Kong desserts, such as Hong Kong-Style French Toast and Egg Waffle.

Holt’s Café's new brunch menu is available every Sunday from 12 PM to 3 PM, priced at HK$580 per adult, inclusive of coffee or tea. Guests can opt for additional HK$118 for two hours of free-flowing mocktails and juice, or HK$298 for free-flowing cocktails, Prosecco, and house white & red wines.
