Te Quiero Mucho, Sheung Wan’s spot for tacos and Mexican flavours, is introducing a new cocktail menu focusing on the power of mezcal and Mexico’s rich beverage history, designed by bar manager Isaac Lim.

The new cocktail menu at Te Quiero Mucho focuses on imported Mexican liquors, spirits, and history, paying homage to the mythology of the central American nation.

The Precious Feather Flower, priced at HK$108, is a new signature cocktail featuring a delectable blend of dark rum infused with Borghetti, rice, aromatic spices, and soy milk. This enchanting creation captivates the palate with its smooth and sweet taste, offering an effortlessly enjoyable experience.

For those who enjoy bold flavour profiles, the Chocholines (HK$108), are the ideal choice. This exquisite mixture of Mezcal, Amaro, and Borghetti harmoniously combines sweet, slightly bitter, and spicy tastes for an unforgettable creation.

La Adelita (HK$105) is a delicate and fruity blend of Zunte mezcal, lychee, fresh lemon juice, and rose syrup, finished with creamy egg white. The light and elegant tipple is feminine, paying tribute to the timeless tale of a woman who followed her true love into battle.

The citrus-forward Cho Chi (HK$105) is a playful concoction from Xõchipilli, the god of games and songs. It is made of tequila, fresh lime juice, and coriander with a touch of ginger syrup – the perfect choice to dance all night long.
