Indulge in a luxurious dining experience at Michelin-starred Duddell’s, where a specially curated six-course Deluxe Set Menu (HK$1,188+) and an exquisite eight-course Premium Set Menu (HK$1,888+) await discerning patrons. Delight in dishes like Sautéed Lobster with Black Bean Sauce and Broccoli, paired with a complimentary glass of Saicho jasmine-flavoured sparkling tea. Available from Feb. 1-25, Duddell’s promises an unforgettable culinary journey.
Beyond the dining table, Saicho extends its celebration by collaborating with Kinsman, a cultural gem in Hong Kong’s bar scene. From Feb. 12-17, patrons can savour Lunar New Year cocktails crafted by renowned mixologist Gavin Yeung, like The Lady Clementi’s Ride and the Joy Luck Pub.
The Lady Clementi's Ride cocktail pays homage to water chestnut cake and the historic Lady Clementi’s equestrian adventures, offering a sophisticated blend of Yuk Bing Siu, water chestnut orgeat, and Saicho Hojicha. Meanwhile, the Joy Luck Pub cocktail draws inspiration from the iconic film "The Joy Luck Club," featuring Ng Ka Py, Campari, mandarin juice, and Saicho Darjeeling.
