Chom Chom Re Opens Doors in Soho With Revamped Cocktails Vietnamese Bites

Following a month-long renovation, Soho’s Vietnamese street food destination Chôm Chôm is back with an exciting array of revamped cocktails, a bespoke bia hoi beer, and a special menu curated by Head Chef Logan Hester.

The new cocktail program features unfussy, flavour-packed concoctions with a Vietnamese twist priced at no more than HK$88. Standouts include the Pho-jito, a refreshing rum-based drink infused with lemongrass, Thai basil, and mint, complemented by a hint of fresh chili, and the Kaffir Lime Margarita, which adds a Vietnamese twist to the classic margarita. Another highlight is the newly introduced Chôm Chôm Espresso, a spin on the beloved espresso Martini, featuring a rice wine cold brew, coffee liqueur, and aromatic coconut foam.

Also, a must-try is Chôm Chôm's own Bia Hoi brew served on tap. This tradition from the streets of Vietnam brings a modern twist with a special, locally made brew, creating a unique bia hoi experience.

For something to fill your tummy, Chef Logan's menu features light, refreshing, and flavourful dishes, such as the Chicken & Cabbage Salad, Pho Roll, Salt & Pepper Soft Shell Crab, and the Ca Ri Fried Chicken. These dishes are inspired by the team’s recent travels to Vietnam, reflecting the authentic flavours of the country. Complementing the dishes is the restaurant's lively ambiance that mirrors the energy of late-night Vietnam, with recognisable touches from the original space woven into a new, vibrant setting.

Chôm Chôm is open from Monday to Wednesday, 6 PM to 11 PM, and Thursday to Sunday, 6 PM to 12 AM.

Location: Chôm Chôm, 58 Peel Street, Central, Hong Kong
