FWD Hong Kong Employees Advocate for Mental Health at Weez Walk 2024
Strengthening the call and advocacy for mental health awareness in Hong Kong, the Weez Project, along with the KELY Support Group, and sponsored by FWD Hong Kong, the recent Weez Walk 2024 was a remarkable success, with a total of 820 participants.
Successfully raising over HKD110,000, the event seeks to raise funds for various mental health programmes of the organisation, showcasing the true core value of the company: showing its care to the community.
Following FWD’s survey conducted earlier, at least 80% of people in Hong Kong have or know someone who has experienced mental health challenges, which only pushes more FWD to join the call by participating in this type of fundraising with its successful kick-off ceremony joined by 18 FWD teams with a total of 70 participants.
Both the organisation and the company are thankful for the support and encourage everyone to continue giving inspiration and help.
