St. Regis HK Launches NY Theme Cocktail Menu: Train Tracks Trams Tipples

Embark on a sensory journey around the different neighbourhoods of Hong Kong and New York City with The St. Regis Bar Hong Kong's revamped cocktail menu, "Train Tracks Trams Tipples."

Inspired by the opening of The St. Regis New York in 1904 and the launch of the Hong Kong tramlines, the menu features unique drinks that highlight the quintessential Cantonese culture, the mix of cultures in East Harlem, and the history of Hong Kong.

Celebrate the tale of two cities with The St. Regis Hong Kong Canto Mary 2.0, a Hong Kong twist on the classic Bloody Mary, using local ingredients such as dry tangerine peel, soy sauce, and five-spice mix.

St. Regis’ Bremer's Tea, named after Captain James Bremer, who first set foot on Possession Street's intersection with Queen’s Road Central, is a refreshing and citrusy cocktail that uses local gin as its main spirit.

The Corn 'n' Oil is a tribute to the diversity and mix of cultures in East Harlem of New York City, with a slight reinterpretation of the classic yet obscure Barbadian libation, with its mix of spirits and ingredients from different parts of the world.

Apart from the new cocktail menu, The St. Regis Bar Hong Kong also offers the exclusive daily program, Violet Hour, where guests can enjoy a complimentary Violet Hour Martini from 6:00 to 7:30PM straight from the beverage trolley after the throwing ceremony to celebrate the twilight, with all the possibilities of the night spread out ahead.
