Estro's Audacious Evolution: Michelin-starred Neapolitan Cuisine Redefined
Estro, the first independent restaurant by Executive Chef Antimo Maria Merone (pictured above) in Hong Kong, reveals a bold new seasonal menu that aims to redefine Italian cuisine's boundaries. Fresh off its recent accolade of receiving a Michelin star, Estro, in partnership with JIA Group, promises an invigorating dining experience that stays true to its name – 'inspiration' in Italian.
The lunch menu now presents three to five-course options, each reflecting Merone's Neapolitan roots while embracing contemporary cooking techniques. For dinner, an immersive culinary journey awaits with a six or eight-course tasting menu. The inclusion of new seasonal dishes and imaginative desserts hints at a sublime gastronomic adventure.
One unique aspect of Estro's offering is the Chef's Table. Introduced earlier this year, this dining experience offers a few select diners an intimate glimpse into the culinary magic that goes into each dish.
In a city known for its culinary scene, Estro's innovative approach to Neapolitan cuisine is an exciting development. By balancing tradition with innovation, Estro is not only creating an elevated dining experience but also shaping the future of Italian cuisine in Hong Kong.
