The Legendary SoHo Gastropub Staunton's Re-opens with New Team & Menu
Staunton’s, a SoHo icon that first opened in 1997, has returned under new management, bringing a new menu and experience to the neighbourhood and nostalgia for all.
Located on the corner of Staunton and Shelley Street, the lively two-story gastropub pays homage to the UK’s most iconic foods.
Expect to find Brick Lane curries and Bangers & Mash (HK$168) available, elevated pub grub items, such as Sticky Adobo Wings (HK$98) with crispy fried garlic and spring onion, and Korean Fried Chicken (HK$98).
The menu boasts a range of gourmet burgers, including the classic Beef & Cheese (HK$168) and Indian spiced lamb Baba Ji Burger (HK$178). British puddings like Eaton Mess and Sticky Toffee Pudding are a must-try at the end of each meal.
Helmed by hospitality veteran Vinay Kapoor, Staunton’s offers over 10 beers, tempting wines, and classic cocktails, including nostalgic Cosmopolitans (HK$80) and Daiquiris (HK$80) available in classic, mango, or strawberry flavours.
