Indulge in NOC Coffee’s New Pastry Selection Made In-House
Power through your day with NOC Coffee’s new selection of pastries that are made to pair with a cup of coffee.
Starting this month, you can treat yourself to exciting new flavours of in-house baked goodies at NOC. First up is Slow-cooked Garlic Bacon Tart (HK$28), a savoury delight that will leave your taste buds dancing. Picture whole garlic cloves, simmered for six hours to perfection, combined with grated Parmesan cheese and crispy bacon crumbles.
If you have a sweet tooth, try the Hazelnut Swirl (HK$28), a crumbly delight that will melt in your mouth. Layers of chocolatey dough generously filled with a delightful hazelnut spread, all rolled into mesmerising swirls.
Next on the list is the visually captivating Vanilla Apple Croissant (HK$28), a crescent-shaped pastry, filled with a blend of Madagascar vanilla and homemade apple filling. For something unique, try the Toffee Croissant Cube (HK$24), featuring homemade caramelised toffee paste. With 144 layers of flaky pastry, this treat is the epitome of craftsmanship.
Finally, indulge your senses with the Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake (HK$42). This decadent delight boasts a luscious 70% single-origin chocolate glaze and tender-moist chocolate cake. It is drizzled with NOC’s homemade salted caramel sauce and a medley of crunchy nuts for the perfect finish.
All these pastries go best with NOC’s signature coffee drinks, like white or black coffee and single origin mocha. Visit your favourite NOC store to check these out! Click here to see their locations in Hong Kong.
